Shape the future of AI at VCH: Staff & Research Community Survey

What are we doing?

We are excited to announce the launch of the new Artificial Intelligence (AI) Hub at VCH and VCHRI, designed to accelerate and unify AI efforts across clinical, operational, research and commercial areas. This Hub combines resources and expertise to foster collaboration and ensure that our teams remain at the forefront of technological advancements.

To meet the increasing demand for VCH data in AI model development, integration and validation, we are establishing a rigorous review process. This process will support effective data management, policy compliance and best practices for AI-driven projects. The Data AI Policy Task Force (DAPT), composed of leaders from VCH Senior Executive Team, Data and Analytics, Privacy, Finance, Legal, Research and VCHRI Indigenous Health Research Unit, is creating a framework for responsible, secure and innovative AI development and use.
