Women’s Night Transition Client Survey

Vancouver Coastal Health is conducting this survey to better understand supports that clients may need during the transition to an updated service model at the Lily Lee Community Health Centre.

The new model will focus on providing low-barrier, trauma-informed, and culturally safe clinical and social services for Women+ (cis, trans, and gender-diverse individuals). Your feedback will help identify what services matter most to you, what concerns you may have about the transition, and how we can best support you during the change.

The survey will run from November 26 to December 17, 2025, and will take about five minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary and greatly appreciated. All responses are confidential.
