Overview

As VCH advances along its journey of Anti-Racism and Cultural Safety, we invite the VCH Senior Executive Team to join us in getting comfortable with race-based dialogue and issues.

This pre-session survey will help inform the design of upcoming SET training and education sessions on Anti-Racism. The data will help us track our progress towards building competencies and advancing racial equity. This survey will be confidential. No identifying information will be connected to individual responses and all personal statements will be anonymous. The survey will take about 10 mins to complete.
