November 22, 2024 - Update : Focus group date selected for Thursday, December 12, from Noon to 1:30PM. If you would like to register, please continue to the registration form at the bottom of this page.

What are we doing?

Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is committed to ensuring that families and potential and current clients of GF Strong, a Neuro Rehabilitation Center in Vancouver, can easily access and navigate essential information on vch.ca. Our goal is to create user-friendly, clear, and meaningful content to help new inpatient clients and their families feel well-prepared for their stay at GF Strong.

How can you get involved?

We are hosting a focus group in late October or early November to gather feedback on a draft version of the updated website. As a participant, you’ll have the chance to review the website and share your thoughts on its user-friendliness, accessibility, and whether the content meets the needs of prospective clients.

Who should apply?

We are looking for individuals interested in providing feedback on this webpage. If you are interested in health care or have experience navigating health services, your feedback will help us shape a better online resource for future clients. Past and current patients and families of GF Strong will be given priority.

What is the attendance format?

This will be an online focus group where participants will discuss their experience navigating the website, its design, and the clarity of the information provided. The focus group will take place over a video call, and you will be invited to share your insights and suggestions in real-time.

What is the deadline?

Registrations are open until filled.
