Reproductive Health-Care Clinic - Vancouver

Share your thoughts to help create a welcoming, culturally safe and accessible reproductive health-care clinic in Vancouver.

Vancouver Coastal Health is opening a new reproductive health-care clinic in Vancouver and wants the space to be welcoming, inclusive and safe for all clients who seek services at the site. We invite you to participate in this survey to inform the design, artwork themes and delivery of health-care services at the new clinic.

Your input will help ensure the space reflects what is important to people who identify as women and other marginalized individuals seeking reproductive care, specifically those who identify as Indigenous.

The survey will run from February 26th to June 15th, 2026.
The survey will take about eight to ten minutes to complete.
Your responses in this survey are anonymous.
Participation is voluntary.

We include questions about personal and demographic information to help us ensure we have heard from those with lived experience who can help us inform the health care clinic.
All responses are private and confidential. Responses to these questions are stored on a password-protected site and are only available to designated project team members. A general summary of the key themes will be shared with the project team for the purposes of informing the artwork, design and delivery of health-care services at the clinic.
