The Overnight Respite Program provides short-term relief for caregivers by offering the people they care for 24-hour care in a safe and supportive healthcare site. This service allows caregivers to take rest and recharge, knowing the people they care for are receiving the care they need in a secure, compassionate environment.
Your responses are confidential and will not affect your service.Your input is valuable and important to us.
The survey is expected to take approximately 15 minutes to complete and is available in four (4) languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Farsi.
The survey will be open until Friday, May 9 (four weeks).

برنامه فراغت شبانه با ارائه مراقبتهای ۲۴ ساعته به عزیزانِ مراقبین در یک مرکز مراقبتهای بهداشتی ایمن و حمایتی، فرصت تنفسی کوتاه مدتی را برای مراقبین آنها فراهم میکند. این خدمات به مراقبین اجازه میدهد تا با اطمینان از اینکه عزیزانشان مراقبتهای مورد نیاز خود را در محیطی امن و دلسوزانه دریافت می کنند، تنفسی بگیرند، استراحت کنند و نیروی دوباره بگیرند.
