What are we doing?

Vancouver Coastal Health wants to hear from clients and caregivers who have used overnight respite services. You may receive assistance from family or friends to complete this survey.

The Overnight Respite Program provides short-term relief for caregivers by offering the people they care for 24-hour care in a safe and supportive healthcare site. This service allows caregivers to take rest and recharge, knowing the people they care for are receiving the care they need in a secure, compassionate environment.

Your responses are confidential and will not affect your service. Your input is valuable and important to us.

The survey is expected to take approximately 15 minutes to complete and is available in four (4) languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Farsi.

The survey will be open until Monday, June 30th.

We acknowledge that our places of work and the Vancouver Coastal Health sites lie on the traditional homelands of the First Nation Communities of the Heiltsuk, Kitasoo-Xai’xais, Líl̓wat, xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), N’Quatqua, Nuxalk, Samahquam, shíshálh (Sechelt), Skatin, Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Tla’amin, Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), Wuikinuxv, and Xa’xtsa.
