MHSU - Participant Survey

Starting this Fall 2025, the Family Support and Involvement (FSI) team will launch a new group called "Since You Asked", offered to individuals supporting a loved one struggling with mental health or substance use challenges. The purpose of the group is to provide family members with access to a mental health or substance use professional, who will attend each session and respond to topics and questions submitted by family members. The group sessions will be offered once every 3 months, and participants will be asked to submit questions in advance to allow time for the speaker to prepare. This group builds upon the previous "Expert Talks" group hosted by the FSI team.  Please note that the survey will close on August 5, 2025. 

Note: The definition of "Family" is defined by the person receiving mental health or substance use services. It is not limited to biological or nuclear family members, but includes anyone the individual identifies as family.
