What are we doing?

The North Shore Primary Care Network is developing a patient facing website that will provide information about the services offered by the PCN, details of where to receive care, how to register for a family doctor and information about health and health care.


How YOU can get INVOLVED 
We would like to make sure that the information, look and feel of the website is patient-focused. During a focus group session, you would be reviewing the website, its content, and the look and ease of navigating.


Who should register? 
We are looking for a diverse group of public participants that can represent the perspective of those seeking information about primary care services, and preferably of those living on the north shore which includes West Vancouver, North Vancouver and surrounding areas. 

As the focus group session will be held over Zoom, knowledge of how to use Zoom will be required.

We humbly acknowledge that the land which VCH serves in the Sea to Sky corridor is the traditional and unceded territory of the Lil’wat, N’Quatqua, Samahquam, Skatin, Squamish and Xa’xtsa Nations.
