VCH's Enhanced Recovery After Surgery program is looking for feedback on a card that will be included in a pre-surgery kit. The card is intended to briefly explain the content in the pre-surgery kit while highlighting the key research based components that will aid in their preparation and recovery from surgery.
The pre-surgery kit is an optional item that patients can purchase before their surgery from the VGH gift shop.
How YOU can get INVOLVED
We would like your feedback on the card, including:

If not, how can it be improved from a user perspective.
Who should give feedback?
Anyone can give feedback. But ideally, you would have had surgery recently or in the past, or were a caregiver to someone who's had surgery.
How do I give feedback? Use the survey tool button at the end of the page to provide feedback. You'll be asked questions that you can respond to.
How can I access the card in order to give my feedback? Access this link for a PDF version of the card. The PDF shows both the FRONT and BACK of the card respectively.
