Health Vision Sechelt | shíshálh Hospital - Engagement Evaluation

The Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) Community Engagement (CE) team is committed to supporting the delivery of safe, quality health care programs and services. As an organization dedicated to continuous improvement, we invite you to share your experience from the Health Vision Sechelt | shíshálh Hospital engagement you participated in.

To protect your privacy, we have put the following measures in place:

  • As per our privacy policy, only VCH Community Engagement staff have access to the data.

  • The project data is password protected and under strict guidelines for access and use.
