Coastal Quality and Patient Safety Priorities

Thank you for taking the time to respond to the Coastal Community of Care Quality and Patient Safety Priorities Survey! 

The Coastal Executive Quality Committee is determining the 2025/2026 Coastal Community of Care (CoC) quality priorities. As committed in the Terms of Reference (3.3.2), the committee is seeking input from medical providers across the CoC.

In the survey you are asked to share your perspective on our shared CoC priorities. This information will be a contributing data source to our decision-making methodology and used to guide future quality and patient safety work.
